Journaling
This month, I encourage you to write down your personal wellness goals in a journal, and reflect daily. Maybe make time during breakfast or in the evening before you go to bed. Allow yourself to write and reflect about your daily progress. Your goals can be super simple like wanting to drink more water and less caffeine, or going for a 10 minute silent walk … or spending more time calling family and friends to connect!
Whatever your goals may be, make them relevant and important to YOU!
