I am aware of breathing in
and, I am aware of breathing out.
I am aware of the birds singing
and, I am smiling to the birds.
I am aware of me
and, I am smiling at me.
I am aware of you
and, I am smiling to you.
I am aware of my feet
and, I am taking one step at a time.
