Wellness in a nutshell! Join us for a delightfully relaxing and educational day. We will be offering a variety of treatments, classes, workshops and demos. All events are scheduled for 25 minutes. This is a great way for you to experience a modality or workshop you have been curious about, without having to commit to a full session, and at a very affordable price.

9:00am – Morning Wake UP (Yoga class) with Lindsey
Morning yoga class: come wake up your body using mindful movement connected to the breathe. Choose love over fear as we listen to our bodies, heart and mind in a practice perfect for every body and all levels.
10:00am – Intro to Ayurveda – Learning your Dosha with Lindsey
According to Ayurveda we all embody three doshas : vata, pitta and kapha, though most of us have one dosha that defines us. Each Dosha is associated with certain elements and when our doshas are aligned and balanced we feel our best and when they are unbalanced due to diet, stress, poor and unhealthy lifestyles our bodies, mind and spirit suffer. Come find out more about your own dosha and how to keep balance in your life by choosing the right foods, environments and schedules that align with your constitution.
11:00am – Intro to Meditation with Melissa
We can’t become better versions of ourselves if we can’t first see what we’re doing clearly. Meditation, using the method of self-observation, provides an opportunity to look at ourselves objectively. Find out what the benefits are and how to begin your practice.
12:00pm – Sun Salutations – Proper Alignment (Yoga class) w/Melissa
In this class you will learn the proper alignment for your Sun Salutations. We will break apart and look at each movement to align the body properly. We will also look at alternative variations to each segment.

2:30pm – Self-Massage with Nate
Sometimes you need some massage right now! Having some techniques in your pocket can be really helpful. Nate will lead self-massage techniques for hands, arms, shoulders, neck and head. And we’ll throw in some stretches too.
Nate has been a professional massage therapist since 2004, and began teaching massage lessons in 2007.
3:30 – Chakra Movement with Nate
Chakra Dance is energetic meditation! We will move to the music of select tracks from Planet Drum, a world class international percussion ensemble (Mickey Hart). We’ll start with a brief synopsis of the seven major chakras. Then engage in energy-moving visualizations and dance moves to ground, open up, clear, and revitalize our energy centers. It is a great work out for body and spirit!
Nate has been practicing Reiki healing since 1997, and has loved energetic free dance even longer!
4:00pm – Natural Juicing Demo with Thom
Juicing is a refreshing way to get fresh nutrients into our system, but it’s helpful to know why we benefit and how best to maximize its effectiveness. Knowing when best to drink juice, the effect of different types of juicers, health philosophy, shelf life techniques, saving money, sharing experienced advice, and learning a few recipes are topics we hope will help novice and long-time juicers with this fun and tasty demonstration. Thom, a long-time proponent and daily juicer, shares his enthusiastic knowledge of juicing’s health benefits.
4:30pm – Slowing Down into Restorative (class) with Cheryl
Relaxation has become foreign to many of us, but its benefits are truly far reaching. Restorative yoga enhances our capacity to relax deeply. This allows us to understand our bodies and minds more intimately and to open our hearts more fully to love. As the body is supported (by props, blankets, blocks, straps, walls and pillows) the body, mind, and spirit is given the message to let go of deeply held tension.
