With a background in dance, gymnastics, sports and farming, Lindsey grew up with a strong awareness of her body in balance and motion. She finds the beautiful attributes of yoga that combine mind, body and spirit a natural path to her ongoing connection to community and spirituality. She received her 200 hour Teacher Training from Kripalu in 2013, her Prenatal Teacher Training Level 1 Pranakriya Yoga with Heather Schleupner in 2015 and is currently working on her 100 hour Meditation Teacher Training. Lindsey believes yoga is best practiced off the mat through compassion, non judgement, breath and the ever-challenging practice of listening to the body and mind while being present in the moment. She loves fluid movement on the mat and the opportunity to strengthen the body, mind and heart through dedicated practice. She works with all body types and levels as well as Pregnant Mamas and Baby and Me communities.
